Blockwork & Gypsum: Toilet Waterproofing: Marble Flooring: Window Installation: Internal & External Railings: Internal railing work is 90% complete. External railing work is 95% completed from the 20th to 64th floor. Fire Fighting System: Completed from 9th to 39th floors (excluding select flats). Work on podium levels is 85% complete. 40th to 64th floors are fully done. Lobby Electricals: Typical lobby light fitting installation is completed. Copper piping work in lobby areas is completed. Electrical Conducting & Choke-up Clearing: Lift Installation & Commissioning: LW1 & LW2 – Installed and commissioned. LW3 – Fully operational from UG to the 51st floor. Blockwork: Internal blockwork is completed up to the 62nd floor. Common area blockwork is finished from the P1 to the 63rd floor & 64th floor work in progress Wall Finishing: Gypsum plastering is completed up to the 51st floor, and work is ongoing from the 52nd to the 58th floor. Waterproofing: Waterproofing has been completed from the 9th to the 47th floor, and upper floors are currently in progress. Plumbing: Plumbing work is completed up to the 52nd floor, with higher floors underway. Tiling: Bathroom tiling work is actively progressing across multiple floors. FAPA Typical Lobby: Completed up to the 45th floor & 46th to 62nd floor work in progress. Firefighting Lobbies: Work in progress from the 9th to the 60th floor. Flat Firefighting Areas: Work in progress from the 9th to the 56th floor. Fire Riser Lines: Completed from B1 to the 50th floor. Electrical Work: Conducting work is completed from the 9th to the 62nd floor. Doors & Railings: Flat main door installations and internal railing work are currently in progress. Excavation: Excavation work is 100% completed across the entire site. Shoring & Retention: Shore piling and capping beam work are completed, and soil retention work is currently in progress to ensure long-term stability. Rock Anchoring: Inclined rock anchoring has been successfully completed for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels to strengthen the foundation. Raft & Slab Work: Tower Area: Tower raft casting is completed, including the non-tower section. RCC slab casting is completed from B2 level up to P6.
