Tower 1 OC received

P1 to P8 podium floors completed, typical floor completed upto terrace level. Terrace above swimming pool & elevation work in progress. ( 95% completed)
Center core area casting including LM

South & west side balance podium civil work up to P8 completed.
Drop off Area – 100% RCC work completed upto B1 to P7 level & P8 level-  90% RCC work completed.
Finishing work

Blockwork & Gypsum:
Blockwork and gypsum plastering are completed from the 9th to the 63rd floor. Work on the 64th floor is in progress. Gypsum plastering from the 40th to 51st floor is fully completed. 85% of gypsum work is done from the 52nd to 64th floors.

Toilet Waterproofing:
Flat toilet waterproofing work is 85% completed from the 9th to the 64th floor.

Marble Flooring:
Marble flooring has been completed up to the 62nd floor.

Window Installation:
94% of windows are installed from the 9th to 64th floor.

Internal & External Railings:

Internal railing work is 90% complete. External railing work is 95% completed from the 20th to 64th floor.

Fire Fighting System:

Completed from 9th to 39th floors (excluding select flats). Work on podium levels is 85% complete. 40th to 64th floors are fully done.

Lobby Electricals:

Typical lobby light fitting installation is completed. Copper piping work in lobby areas is completed.

Electrical Conducting & Choke-up Clearing:
Completed up to the 63rd floor.

Lift Installation & Commissioning:

LW1 & LW2 – Installed and commissioned. LW3 – Fully operational from UG to the 51st floor. LW4A & LW1C – Fully operational from UG to the 65th floor.

Customer Access:
Internal roads for fit-out possession customers are completed.

Down Takes, Risers & Branch Connections:
Completed up to the 39th floor. Podium level work is in progress.

Kitchen Ducts:
Completed up to the 51st floor; 85% done up to the 64th floor.

Water Supply System:
Project-wide water supply line work is 100% complete and the building’s internal distribution system has been commissioned.

Typical Lobby Work:
Completed from the 9th to 63rd floor.

Servant Toilets:
Mid-landing servant toilets completed up to the 39th floor; commissioning in progress from the 9th to 64th floor.

Podium & Painting:

External painting (1st coat) completed up to the 64th floor. Final coat in progress. Podium level internal painting is ongoing. P1 to P7 flooring screed work is 85% complete; PU coating is 75% complete.

Main Lobby & Amenities:

Triple-height UG level main entrance lobby work has started. P8-level amenity area and the main entrance lobby are now operational.

Tower A Staircases:
Staircase finishing work is in progress.

Tower raft -100% completed.
Basement – B1 complete, LG & UG complete,P1 to P7 slab casting done. STP installation work in progress .
 Raft, Basements 1 to P8 level -100% RCC completed, 1st floor service area work completed, 10th to 55th Slab level casting completed. & 56th slab work in progress  Core area slab completed till 61st floor and 62nd level slab in progress.
Finishing work

Blockwork: Internal blockwork is completed up to the 51st floor. Work on the 53rd floor is currently in progress. Common area blockwork is finished from the P1 to the 52nd floor.

Wall Finishing: Gypsum plastering is completed up to the 39th floor, and work is ongoing from the 40th to the 47th floor.

Waterproofing: Waterproofing has been completed from the 9th to the 34th floor, and upper floors are currently in progress.

Plumbing: Plumbing work is completed up to the 32nd floor, with higher floors underway.

Tiling: Bathroom tiling work is actively progressing across multiple floors.

FAPA Typical Lobby: Completed up to the 34th floor.

Firefighting Lobbies: Work in progress from the 9th to the 35th floor.

Flat Firefighting Areas: Work in progress from the 9th to the 34th floor.

Fire Riser Lines: Completed from B1 to the 40th floor.

Electrical Work: Conduiting work is completed from the 9th to the 48th floor.

Doors & Railings: Flat main door installations and internal railing work are currently in progress.

Windows: Elevation window installation is ongoing.

Lobby Finishing: Lobby flooring is completed from the 9th to the 45th floor, and dado and false ceiling work is in progress.

Service Slab Railings: Railing installation on service slabs is 100% completed
Zermatt
Excavation work

Excavation: Excavation work is 100% completed across the entire site.

Shoring & Retention: Shore piling and capping beam work are completed, and soil retention work is currently in progress to ensure long-term stability.

Rock Anchoring: Inclined rock anchoring has been successfully completed for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels to strengthen the foundation.

Raft & Slab Work:

Tower Area: Tower raft casting is completed, including the non-tower section. RCC slab casting is completed from B2 level up to P5A & P5B. Slab work for P6 and above levels is currently in progress.

Non-Tower South Side: Slab casting is completed up to the UG (Underground) level, and work is progressing at the P2 level.
