Facility Updates
Safety Training for Staff
Security personnel, fire marshals, and lift operators underwent training on fire evacuation procedures, knot-tying techniques, and emergency safety measures to enhance preparedness.
New Buggy for Residents’ Convenience
We have added a new buggy to the campus to make commuting from the main gate to the building lobby more convenient and comfortable for residents.Â
Daily Staff Briefings
Daily briefing sessions are conducted for support staff to ensure better coordination, improved service quality, and prompt resolution of concerns. Daily brief

Navratri
Residents came together to celebrate the vibrant festival of Navratri with music and dance.Â
Cricket Tournament
A thrilling cricket tournament was organized for residents at the Turf area (P8).Â
Thanksgiving Day
A special Thanksgiving Day event was held to honor and appreciate the support staff and their families for their dedicated service to the Monte South community.
Polio Vaccination Drive
A health initiative was conducted for the residing children of Monte South, ensuring their protection against polio through a vaccination drive.
Republic Day
Residents celebrated Republic Day with flag hoisting, patriotic performances, and community bonding,
Knowledge Byte – Sewage Treatment Plant at Monte South
Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) are a critical part of Monte South’s infrastructure, ensuring effective wastewater management for the benefit of residents and the environment. They create a healthier living environment for all residents.Â
Wastewater collection – Wastewater from households is collected through a network of underground pipes.Â
Primary treatment – Larger solid materials like debris, grit and grease are removed through sedimentation.Â
Secondary treatment – The wastewater is biologically treated to break down organic matter. Harmful contaminants and bacteria are removed in this process.Â
Tertiary treatment – Water is further purified through chemical treatment, filtration and UV disinfection.Â
Recycling & Disposal – The treated water is safely released back to be used for flushing, gardening or cleaning.Â
