Monte South is a large project being developed in several phases. As per our RERA commitments, the common amenities are also set to be delivered in phases. However we want to provide a world-class experience from the moment you move into Monte South, so we have planned an exciting range of amenities for Phase 1 in the stilt area of Tower 1.

Note – Some of these amenities may be temporary in nature and might be removed or relocated when further phases are developed.
